Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
